Well, the area was very busy overall.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly, both during the night shift and morning shift. the breakfast was delicious, especially the pancakes, the best we had in Florence. - the hotel's proximity to a train station was convenient for getting around.

The staff were fairly friendly, provided us with good services. We stayed in the a twin room equipped with a big bathroom and pancakes and balcony.

The hotel is very centrally located, close to the main train station and top attractions in Florence. Plus, there's a supermarket right next door. Trattoria Guelfa, a great dinner spot, is just a short walk away, around 4-6 minutes.

The location of C-Hotels Club in Florence is fantastic, a short walk to the SMN train station and all the wonderful landmarks. the staff was immensely pleasant, and the room I stayed in was nice with a freshly refurbished bathroom and a comfortable bed. the service was great, just like I expected.
