great service but need for better soundproofing
The staff were incredibly welcoming, greeting us with smiles every day! I truly appreciated the cleanliness of the entire property, which made our stay feel comfortable. It was also very convenient to be so close to the main attractions—we were able to stroll around and enjoy the sights. The welcoming free drink was a nice touch that made us feel valued.
Some noise from neighboring rooms made it difficult to fully relax.

I absolutely loved the hotel's stylish decor, featuring a welcoming reception area with contemporary furnishings and comfortable seating. The location was very convenient, especially for seniors like me, making it easy to explore Florence's attractions without too much walking.
A full-length mirror would be helpful in rooms.

Hit up Caffe Il Cerino for a quick espresso or La Grotta di Leo for some mouthwatering Tuscan delights. Plus, the staff was on point—super helpful, and I even scored a double room upgrade! Kosher, right?
But listen, the walls were so thin, I could practically join in on my neighbor's shower karaoke—earplugs were my besties! Still, it was a minor hiccup in an otherwise fab stay. The vibes won out, hands down.

It was just a fitting option for strolling around in Florence with high value for money. The breakfast was excellent and a nice surprise. Avoid rooms where you have to walk extra floors to reach your room after the lift.

100% recommend for a break on long journey
Friendly staff, clean room, with the added bonus of hand-written welcome notes and chocolates that made the stay feel special. Convenient luggage storage and a comfortable flat-screen TV to unwind after exploring the city.
Absolutely nothing.

Being a solo traveler, I enjoyed the fantastic location, just steps from the railway station and within walking distance of many historical attractions. The Smart Double room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a nice firm mattress and a well-appointed bathroom. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a varied and delicious spread, including delightful cream cakes. However, I faced issues with communication after checkout regarding a lost item, which left me disappointed with the service.

I had a Smart Double room. It was super clean and the bed was comfy, which was nice. Walls were a bit thin, so I heard neighbors occasionally. Also, the mini bar had free water, which was a cool perk. The only downside was that the elevator felt too small and cramped, especially with luggage. But overall, I enjoyed my time in the room!
